FedEx Ground:  FREE regardless of total (usually takes up to 7 days for East Coast, less for West Coast)

FedEx 2-Day Air:  $15.00 regardless of total

FedEx Overnight:  $20.00 regardless of total

International Shipping:  $20.00 regardless of total

Note that shipment travel times are in addition to the 2 business days needed to process an order. We do try to ship Overnight and 2-Day Air orders within 1 business day of an order, but we cannot guarantee it. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Returns: This item is eligible for a full refund if returned to us within 15 days of product receipt.

FRENDS strives to build every headphone and earbud with the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship. However, sometimes there are occurrences of defect. Should you experience an issue with your FRENDS within one year (12 months) of purchase, please email [email protected] or call 1-877-733-7556.

Please note the policy does not cover wear and tear such as scratches, dirt, make-up, water damage, loss, theft or other misuse. We recommend you treat your headphones as you would a nice pair of sunglasses and keep them in their carrying case when not in use.

All warranty claims are subject to FRENDS authorization and at our sole discretion.

FRENDS is not responsible for any return item lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.
