FRENDS REFUND POLICY
You should love everything about your FRENDS. However, if you are not satisfied with your new FRENDS, you may return them within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping. Goods must be sealed in their original package to qualify.

The FRENDS Return Policy is limited to products purchased on the FRENDS online store (wearefrends.com). Products purchased from 3rd party retailers are subject to their own policies independent of FRENDS. However any warranty issues will be honoured under FRENDS standard 2 year manufacturer’s policy as long as it was purchased from an authorised FRENDS retailer.
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt (21 days for overseas) via bank transfer or paypal transfer, for any items with which you are not entirely satisfied. Return the item unused and in its original packaging. We do not refund postage costs. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
