Shipping policy
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Shipping time for backordered or presale items may take longer, but they will be notated in the product details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
All receivers will be notified via SMS and email for step by step tracking.
*Shipments to: Russia, Ukraine, Norway, Switzerland etc… :
- Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
All FRENDS online orders are shipped via DHL , with exception to France (FEDEX) from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Any free shipping promotions are shipped via DHL ground.
